Biochemistry Core
Biochemical analysis technology plays a crucial role in biomedical research, boasts a suite of cutting-edge instruments for a wide range of biochemical analyses, including SPR, BLI, ITC, MST, DSC, NTA, DLS, etc., analysis of biomolecules such as proteins, nucleic acids, and metabolites, thereby revealing their roles in biological activities. For molecular structure analysis, the platform provides access to advanced instruments such as NMR, IR , CD, etc., which assist scientists in deeply understanding the structure and function of biomolecules. Furthermore, biochemistry core offers a comprehensive array of single-cell analysis capabilities, encompassing flow cytometers, flow sorters, spectral flow cytometers, and mass cytometers to address diverse research needs. This propels cell analysis to unprecedented heights, enabling in-depth analysis of complex molecules intracellular and extracellular, and opening new horizons for research in the field of biomedicine.
The main services encompass physical and chemical characterization and structural analysis of molecules, analysis of intermolecular interactions, tissue dissociation, multicolor flow cytometry analysis and cell sorting, and imaging mass cytometry.
