By rapidly stimulating particle signals in sheath fluid, various components and functional states can be qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed, including:

- Cell surface marker detection: For immunophenotyping and analysis of other surface proteins.

- Intracellular protein detection: Including cytokines, cytoskeletal molecules and cytoplasmic enzymes.

- Intracellular ion concentration detection: Such as H⁺, Na⁺, K⁺ , Ca²⁺ , etc.

- Nuclear component detection: Covering cell cycle and DNA content analysis.

- Cell membrane: Fluidity, membrane potential and permeability.

- Cell function: Such as viability assessment, pH value, proliferation/apoptosis and drug resistance.

- Gene expression: Detection of endogenous and exogenous gene expression, fluorescence reporter gene expression and transfection efficiency.

Before loading samples, filter the cells using a 40μm nylon mesh or 300 - mesh nylon screen. Adjust the cell density to approximately 1 - 10×10⁶ cells/ml, and ensure the sample volume is no less than 200μL.
