4. Airyscan Imaging
The Airyscan 2 can enhance the resolution of confocal scanning images by 1.4-1.5 times, achieving a maximum lateral resolution of 120nm and an axial resolution of 350nm. In Multiplex mode, the resolution is 140/160nm laterally and 450nm axially. Confocal scanning can reach up to 13 frames per second (fps) at 512×512 pixels.
1. Bright field imaging, multi-channel point scanning confocal fluorescence imaging.
2. Three-dimensional Z-scan shooting, large field of view mosaicking, multi-point image shooting, time series image shooting.
3. he fluorescence receiving wavelength band range is adjustable, and different shooting modes can reduce fluorescence crosstalk.
4. High-resolution Airyscan imaging.
5. Colocalization analysis.
6. Fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET).
7. Fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP).
1. This equipment is compatible with tissue sections, cell climbing sheets (directly sealed on glass slides/cover slips), and samples in 35mm confocal dishes. It is recommended to use glass-bottomed culture dishes. Plastic-bottomed culture dishes can only be observed with a 10× objective lens.
2. For live cell samples, it is recommended to culture them in an adherent manner to reduce errors caused by cell floating and to achieve better focused imaging.
3. Please use lens paper dipped in absolute ethanol to clean the objective lens before and after use. Do not add oil when it is not an oil immersion objective lens.
4. Please make an appointment and use the instrument on time. Scan the code when starting and finishing using the instrument. If you cannot use the instrument on time, please cancel the appointment / reschedule in advance. If you finish using the instrument ahead of schedule, please cancel the appointment after finishing using it to release the unused machine time and make it convenient for other teachers to make appointments for use.
5. If you encounter any problems during use, please contact the administrator in a timely manner.
