Technical Parameters Function and Application Accessories and Configurations

1. The mass analyzer combines a quadrupole with an electrostatic field orbitrap, offering a mass range of 50-6000 m/z.

2. The instrument has a resolution of 140,000 FWHM (for m/z≤200) and features ≥4 adjustable settings.
3. The high-resolution mass spectrometry acquisition rate can reach up to 12 Hz.
4. Stability: After calibration, without re-calibration within 48 hours, repeated injections of 100 fg reserpine result in a mass accuracy of ≤2 ppm at 609 m/z.
5. Positive/negative ion switching speed is less than 1 s
6. Sensitivity: Full Scan sensitivity (with resolution ≥70000 FWHM) (m/z 100-900), 50 fg reserpine injection achieves S/N＞500:1; SIM sensitivity (with resolution ≥70000 FWHM): 50 fg reserpine injection achieves S/N＞1000:1.
