1. The entire system supports both conditioned fear and shock reflex experiments. These two experiments can share the same software analysis system and are suitable for mice and rats weighing 15g to 500g.
2. It uses a sensitive gravity sensor with a detection range of 10mg to 2KG. The weight sensitivity can be adjusted via software parameters.
3. It can measure various parameters, including the time of onset, duration, and frequency of immobility, as well as the amplitude, duration, latency, and average value of responses.
4. Each chamber is equipped with soundproofing devices. The dimensions are 670*530*550 mm, and the soundproofing effect is below 20dB.
5. Prepulse/pulse acoustic stimuli: 200 -10000 Hz, maximum 120 dB; white noise: 60 -120 dB.
6. The standard foot grid has a spacing of 10 mm. The grid floor's electrical shock current output is 0-2mA, and the electrical stimulation duration is 0.1 -99 seconds.
7. A tray is installed at the bottom of the chamber for easy collection of animal feces and urine, as well as for cleaning.
8. The same workstation can control up to 8 experimental chambers simultaneously, allowing experiments on both mice and rats at the same time. Multiple different experimental protocol parameters can be set and stored for selection.
9. It can display signal graphs and data tables in real - time. These graphs and tables can be stored, reloaded, and parameters can be adjusted for further analysis.
