从事高通量测序相关实验技术的应用、优化及开发，已建立常规转录组测序流程，特别是低起始量/低质量样本文库制备流程，博士毕业于中山大学，在RNA Biology，Biochimica et Biophysica Acta - Molecular Cell Research等期刊发表论文4篇，申请发明专利1项。

Hu Min Engineer

Primarily engaged in the mining and analysis of second - and third - generation sequencing data. In work, integration of statistics and bioinformatics is utilized to explore cancer evolution concerning tumor invasion, metastasis, and therapeutic resistance. So far, participated in multiple international scientific research projects, with research results often published in top international scientific journals like Nature, Molecular Cell, and Nature Biotechnology.

Wang Hui Assistant Engineer

Responsible for the ORF gene library, sample entry and exit inventory management system, digital PCR instrument, enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) instrument, and automated liquid handling station, as well as other relevant experimental materials and system equipment.

Gan Xin Assistant Engineer

Responsible for single - cell sequencing, including training and operation of the 10x Chromium Controller, and establishing automated workflows for single - cell sequencing using the Beckman Biomek i7 automated liquid handling workstation. Also responsible for designing and implementing experimental protocols related to second - and third - generation sequencing.

Wu Yubo Technician

Responsible for sequencing experiment operations, training and maintenance of the Echo 650, Covaris S220 and sequencers, management of the biorepository and information system, and procurement and management of fixed assets, reagents and consumables. Participated in clinical oncology gene detection projects in collaboration with Illumina, Agilent, and QIAGEN, overseeing NGS experiments at Shanghai Renji Hospital and Shanghai Chest Hospital.
